Brooke’s need for a transplant was a huge surprise to her as she had had very good health up until her 20s.

Over a very short time, Brooke’s liver started to fail, and although she didn't realize it she would soon be in need of a new liver in order to live.

Brooke is very open and honest about her journey and I think lots of transplant patients will relate to the feeling and emotions she felt along the way.
